Exchanges (Size/Product): We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to change the size or product, you may request a refund via direct message (DM). If your desired size is available on our website, you can place a new order.

Mixed Orders: We do not ship orders containing two items of the same color if the intent is to try on one and return the other.

Return Timeframe: Refund requests must be submitted within two days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition to qualify for a refund.

On-the-Spot Evaluation: Upon delivery, you may inspect your order while the courier is present. If the item does not meet your expectations, you may return the package immediately. Shipping fees will apply.

Full Package Return: If you wish to return an order, the entire package must be returned—partial returns are not accepted.
